Catering:
They have two large self-service cafeterias and a licensed bar. Special facilities are also offered for pre-booked groups. (We Do Not cater for pre-booked birthday parties).
Shops:
Yhey have two modern gift shops carrying a range of souvenirs to suit all tastes and pockets. If you would like to find out more about the shop range, and order goods over the phone, please call the jungle gift shop on 01827 881198.
Car Parking:
Parking is normally within the zoo, so your vehicle is accessible at all times.
Mobility Scooters:
Mobility scooters are available for hire at £8.00 (to be booked in advance) from the Jungle Gift Shop. Identification should be produced on arrival.
Toilets:
There are several toilet blocks within the zoo including disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.
Picnic Areas:
There are several open grassy areas within the zoo. Visitors are welcome to picnic on these as well as on the picnic benches around the zoo. There is also a covered area with tables adjacent to the free adventure playground.

Open daily throughout the year from 10am (Closed Christmas day). Closing times: 25th October - 4th March - at 4pm, 5th March - 29th March - at 5pm, 30th March - 24th October - at 5.30pm.

The zoo is located on the A444, the A444 can be accessed via the A5, and the M42, Twycross Zoo is signposted on the brown attractions signs.
